Manchester United are willing to sell Mason Greenwood for €30 million in the summer transfer window, according to . The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Juventus are keen on signing Greenwood, but the former Serie A and UEFA Champions League winners do not want to pay more than €15-20 million for the forward.
Greenwood spent the 2023-24 season on loan at Getafe from United. The 22-year-old Englishman played well for the Spanish club. The forward made 30 starts and three substitute appearances in La Liga last season. He scored eight goals and gave six assists in those games.
United finished last season eighth in the Premier League table with 60 points from 38 matches. As for Juventus, the Bianconeri ended up third in the Serie A table with 71 points…
Jamie Leweling netted the winner on his senior international debut as Germany beat the Netherlands 1-0 in Monday s Nations League clash at the Allianz Arena.
The Stuttgart forward, in for the injured Deniz Undav, had a goal within two minutes of his first cap ruled out after a VAR check showed Serge Gnabry was offside in the build-up.
However, there was no denying Leweling in the 64th minute as the 23-year-old thumped a loose ball inside the box into the top corner past Bart Verbruggen to give the hosts a deserved lead in Munich.
Verbruggen had undoubtedly been the busier of the two goalkeepers up until that point, making four saves prior to the breakthrough from Leweling, who also had a goal-bound shot blocked near the line by Stefan de Vrij.

Barcelona s players have learned from last season s struggles and are extra motivated to succeed in the upcoming campaign, according to defender Sergino Dest.
The Catalan giants registered their lowest points tally (73) last season since 2007-2008 (67), seeing them finish a distant second to fierce rivals Real Madrid.
Barca also failed to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League for the first time since 2003-04, while falling well short in the Copa del Rey and Supercopa de Espana.
Finishing as runners-up provided some cause for satisfaction, however, given they were ninth in November when Xavi replaced Ronald Koeman.
Xavi s side will now look to challenge Madrid for the LaLiga title this season, having added Franck Kessie, Andreas Christensen a…

Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique is confident his players can adapt in the absence of Goncalo Ramos to continue their impressive start to the season.
PSG have taken to life without Kylian Mbappe with ease, scoring 10 goals in their first two Ligue 1 fixtures, equalling their highest tally after two games played (also in 2022-23).
The Parisiens have welcomed four new faces during the transfer window, signing Joao Neves, Desire Doue, William Pacho and Matvei Safonov.
Luis Enrique was dealt a blow, however, in PSG s opener against Le Harve, with striker Ramos forced off with an injury that will cause him to miss three months.
But in his absence, Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembele have starred in front of goal, with Luis Enrique now focused on br…
Carlo Ancelotti feels Italy are not among the favourites to win Euro 2016 but has backed Antonio Conte s team to be competitive, despite the absence of injured midfielders Marco Verratti and Claudio Marchisio.
Italy reached the final of Euro 2012, but were beaten 4-0 as an imperious Spain retained their continental crown.
Conte s team will be hard pressed to get that far again in France, particularly after losing Paris Saint-Germain s Verratti and Marchisio of Juventus to groin and knee injuries respectively.
And while Ancelotti, speaking at the launch of his biography Quiet Leadership: Winning hearts, minds and matches , anointed world champions Germany, holders Spain and hosts France as favourites, the incoming Bayern Munich coach has faith in the Azzurri s …

Klaus Augenthaler believes it is tough to pick a favourite for Euro 2016 – but admits Germany s adaptability always makes them competitive at a major tournament.
While he never lifted the Henri Delaunay Trophy in his international career, Augenthaler was part of the West Germany squad that triumphed at the 1990 World Cup.
Joachim Low s Germany were also crowned world champions in Brazil two years ago. Just like their counterparts 24 years earlier, they recorded a 1-0 win over Argentina in the final.
Low s squad are fancied to go far at Euro 2016 too, although Augenthaler acknowledges France should be considered strong contenders on home soil.

Hassan Al Thawadi, chief executive of the 2022 Qatar organising committee, has championed the World Cup being held in July the month in which the tournament traditionally takes place.
However, FIFA have already expressed concerns about the soaring temperatures in the Gulf state at that time of year, citing the need to stage games during a cooler period in the year.
Our bid was always based on a summer World Cup, Al Thawadi said.
Our legacy promises in terms of the coolant technology was always based on a summer World Cup, and, accordingly, we are proceeding ahead with a summer World Cup.
